Believe it or not, we have our own way of describing our unique carpet-making capabilities. We call it manucrafting, combining expert craftsmanship with the latest manufacturing technology in action. From handwoven on traditional looms to carpets made using a mix of wool and Tencel™ fibres, all our wool carpets are individually crafted with care.

We recommend vacuuming wool carpets at least two or three times a week. For the first few weeks, we recommend using a vacuum cleaner with a brush to remove any surface fluffing. After that, you can use a suction-only vaccum. High traffic areas would need to most attention, with at least three passes or more.

It's important to us that we do everything we can to make your carpet buying journey as smooth as possible. Our wool carpets are extermely easy to clean, however, you should only use cleaning products with the WoolSafe Certification Mark. Remember to always blot and never rub, otherwise you risk distorting or changing the direction of the pile. Do not use washing-up liquids or soaps as they can cause problems like rapid resoiling, colour bleeding or damage to the pile. Too much to remember? Wool carpets have many pros; they have bounce back ability, are easy to clean, naturally insulating and they are naturally flame retardant. However, our wool carpets are different and crafted lovingly for unbeatable quality!
